Solo Community Enterprise Pricing About Request a Demo

Independent groups. Connected platform. No parent org required.

You're part of a network of similar organizations — lodges in a district, PTAs across a school system, VFW posts in a region. You want to coordinate without creating a bureaucracy. Groupable Community gives your groups a shared platform while each group keeps full control of its own data and operations.

You're already collaborating. You're just doing it the hard way.

Somebody maintains a shared Google Calendar that's always out of date. District events get announced by email chain — and half the people miss it. One group's secretary keeps a spreadsheet of contacts across all the local groups so she can send updates, but it's never quite right.

You're not one organization. You don't have a central office or a paid staff. But you do things together — joint events, shared training, coordinated fundraising, district meetings — and right now you're cobbling it together with group texts, email forwards, and goodwill.

Every group has its own tools. Its own way of tracking members. Its own website (or no website). There's no shared view of anything, and getting everyone on the same page for even a simple event takes a dozen back-and-forth messages.

It works. But only because someone is doing a lot of invisible work to make it work.

One platform for all your groups — without merging into one organization.

Groupable Community connects independent local groups on a shared platform. Each group gets everything that comes with Groupable Solo — member management, a website, communications, payments, file storage — plus the ability to see and coordinate with the other groups in your community.

Shared calendars mean every group can see district events alongside their own. Cross-group communications let the district chair reach every member in every group with a single announcement. A common member directory means you can find someone without asking three secretaries.

But here's what doesn't change: each group owns its own data. Each group manages its own members, its own finances, its own website. There's no central authority controlling access. Community is collaboration by choice, not by mandate.

Everything in Solo — plus the ability to work together.

Every group in your community gets the full Groupable Solo platform at $499/group/year. Community features are built on top — not carved out of a higher tier.

Member Management

Accurate records for every member in your group — contact info, dues status, membership history. Each group manages its own roster independently.

Your Own Website

Every group gets its own website with calendar, news, and member information. Your site, your content, your branding — connected to the community but not controlled by it.

Communications & Email

Send emails and announcements to your own members. Community coordinators can reach across groups when the message applies to everyone.

Integrated Payments

Collect dues and fees online. Payments are credited automatically — no manual reconciliation.

File Storage

Store and share bylaws, meeting minutes, photos, and documents — publicly, with members only, or privately for officers.

Help Desk Support

Every user in every group gets direct support from our team. Not a forum. Not a chatbot. Real people who know the platform.

Training Sessions

Access to roughly 100 live training sessions per year. Your volunteers can learn the system, ask questions, and get up to speed quickly.

Concierge Onboarding

We help each group get set up — data import, configuration, and hands-on guidance until you're running smoothly.

The features that make working together easy.

Shared Calendar

Every group's events are visible in one place. District meetings, joint degree work, regional fundraisers — members across all groups can see what's happening without checking five different calendars.

Cross-Group Communications

Reach members across multiple groups with a single message. The district chair, the zone coordinator, or anyone with the right role can send announcements to some or all groups in the community.

Common Member Directory

Find members across your community without calling around. See who belongs to which group, and reach the right person when you need to coordinate.

Community-Level Reporting

See aggregated data across all groups in your community — total membership, event attendance, and activity. Useful for district reports, grant applications, or just knowing where things stand.

Getting your community set up.

It starts with a conversation. You tell us which groups want to participate, and we set up the community. Each group gets its own Groupable Solo instance — fully functional on its own. Then we connect them.

Groups can join your community at any time. If three groups want to start now and two more want to join next quarter, that's fine. Each group goes through the same concierge onboarding process — we help them import their data, configure their settings, and get comfortable with the platform.

There's no minimum number of groups. No long-term commitment beyond the annual subscription. If a group decides to leave the community, they keep their Groupable Solo instance and their data. They just lose the shared features.

Community is built to grow with you.

Start with two groups. Add more as others see what you're doing. If your community eventually formalizes into a parent organization — with a central office, hierarchical reporting, and per capita billing — Groupable Enterprise is the next step. Same platform, same data, same team. No migration. No starting over.

And if you're a single group that isn't part of a network yet? Start with Groupable Solo. If you find other groups like yours and want to connect, we can bring you into a community whenever you're ready.

Solo → Community → Enterprise. One platform, three tiers, and you move between them when it makes sense for your organization — not when we tell you to.
